What do you get to do in this position?


Mission: Ensures that customers,branches, and partners realize thefull benefit and maximizes the use of the contracted remote service.

Ensures serviceexcellence and consistentcustomer experience for Building Advisor offer execution.


Responsibilties: 

Maintain ongoing relationship with key customers withresponsibility for retention, expansion, and extension of agreements (liaisewith account manager, sales, service):

Create and manage individual customer adoptionscorecard

Develop customer confidence in value of offer, ensureclient is delighted, serve as primary lead for delivery team

Extensiveinteraction with client counterpart (usually energy manager or team) overmultitude of both contracted issues as well as items that arise (lots of “canyou help us with this?” emanates)

Ensure value is demonstrated/delivered throughout lifeof contract

Schedule follow-ups to review success, expectations,etc.

Ensures service excellence for offer and functions byproviding feedback on:

Processes and tools

Customer experience measurements/insights (MTR, RTSM, etc)

Supports the sales teams (e.g. understands customer'sneeds, provides value of the offer)

BMS and IOT/analytics experience
