Job Description

If your answers to the above questions are YES, RE/MAX wants to hear from YOU!  RE/MAX Business Development professionals work out of their home and on the road selling RE/MAX real estate franchises.

We are looking for a ROCKSTAR Business Development Professional who has the following traits:

  • High integrity sales approach that is sincere and focused on delivering value while generating excitement about the RE/MAX brand
  • Great personality and presentation skills with the ability to discuss and understand financials and investments
  • Professional presence and demeanor with the ability to travel throughout the Southeast region to represent the brand at networking and social events
  • Ability to successfully build the sales pipeline, as well as track and report on sales activity and results
  • Highly effective in telephone and face-to-face communications
  • Proven franchise sales record or record of measurable accomplishments selling in a comparable industry. Real estate experience is a plus!
  • Road warrior with the ability to travel 50- 75%

Requirements:

  • Strong relationship building skills as well as strong persuasion and negotiating skills
  • Must be a team player, able to handle ambiguity, anticipate and react to changes quickly in a fast paced environment
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and acceptable driving record

One or more of the following:

  • Franchise sales experience
  • 3 years real estate sales experience
  • 5 years of sales and success in a service industry (i.e. mortgage, consulting, etc.)
