    Job Summary (2-3 sentences describing job purpose): Serves as a member of the Cluster Support Team providing consultation and training to teachers, parents, related service providers, and other school professionals. Provides direct services to students.

    Job Duty/Resp. 1: Observes students referred to the team, makes recommendations, and assists with implementation by modeling interventions, coaching and providing instruction of intervention procedures to the school team. Click here to enter text.
    Job Duty/Resp. 2: Conducts functional behavior assessments and develops behavior intervention plans to support students throughout the school environment.
    Job Duty/Resp. 3: Develops and conducts professional development for individual schools and district-wide.
    Job Duty/Resp. 4: Develops instructional strategy materials (includes reports) to support school personnel.
    Job Duty/Resp. 5: Provides case management to students referred for social and emotional support.
    Job Duty/Resp. 6: Works in conjunction with Cluster Support Teams to address student, school and district needs/priorities.
    Job Duty/Resp. 7: Develops data collection systems in collaboration with school personnel to track behavior and academic progress.
    Job Duty/Resp. 8: Collaborates with outside service providers.

    Education and Experience Requirements

    Education (training/degree): Required minimum: Masters’ degree in counseling, psychology, education or related field.
    Licenses, Certifications or Registrations Required: Must have BCBA certification and ability to obtain state licensure.
    Experience: Three (3) years of experience working with children, including experience collaborating with school personnel in the development of strategies and materials to support students.

    Kronos Set Up Data:

    Meal Deduction – Most Bransford office and district level employee have a meal deduction. They are scheduled 8.5 hours per day and get an hour lunch. Itinerants and retirees get a 30 minute lunch period and therefore do not have a meal deduction. All school based employees will not have a meal deduction. Auto Meal Deduction

    Travel – Itinerant non-exempt employees who travel will be using the time clock differently than others and are paid for travel time between work locations. Employee does not or seldom travels

    Compensatory Time vs. Overtime (Support Non-Exempt Employees only) – Does this department have overtime budgeted, i.e. Maintenance, Transportation, Food Service. If not, employees accrue comp time only. Exempt Employee - can not accrue comp or overtime

    Physical Demands:
    Level 6: Requires medium work involving standing or walking all of the time, exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force on a regular basis, and considerable dexterity and skill in operating machinery and tools.
