    The Manager, Marketing Technology leads leading a team of digital marketing specialists in the implementation, integration, deployment and ongoing advancement of marketing technologies for marketing teams.

    Responsibilities

    • Leads the LifeWay marketing technology team in the ongoing deployment and advancement of systems
    • Support the delivery of LifeWay ministry and revenue growth objectives through LifeWay.com and Customer Service channels.
    • Utilizes systems which include Analytics, Test & Target, Campaign (email), Audience Manager (segmentation), Ad Cloud/Media Optimizer (Advertising), Conductor (SEO), etc.
    • Collaborates with and supports the Directors of eCommerce, LifeWay.com Marketing, and Customer Service in achieving annual growth objectives for their respective channels
    • Ensure consistently improving team performance by developing and implementing individualized professional growth plans
    • Maintain a marketing technology road map encompassing the systems & tools in which LifeWay.com is currently invested
    • Elevate Division awareness of Digital Marketing capabilities and advancements through regular training

    Qualifications

    • Master's degree in marketing, communications, or eCommerce
    • Minimum of three (3) years experience in eCommerce, $20M+ channel marketing/analytics, and leadership of people and projects
    • Retail digital marketing background strongly preferred
    • Experience in multi-channel organization, preferred
    • B2B required, B2C preferred
    • Membership or attendance at an evangelical Christian church
