TITLE: ET Consultant Sr. (Digital Channel DevOps Technician)
DUTIES: Lead the performance of the Retail Digital Banking and Mobile Banking solution, which utilizes Oracle 12c, ElasticSearch, TCServer, Java (Java 8, Spring, Hibernate), JMS (ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, MQ Series), Logstash, Apache HTTP Server, F5 load balancer, and Akamai. Monitor the response time and availability of Retail Digital Banking and Mobile Banking using Dynatrace Application Performance Monitoring v6.5 and later, Dynatrace Synthetic Monitoring, and Log Analysis using Perl and Splunk. Design, develop, test, implement customized development to automate software builds and seamless deployment of releases into various environments using Subversion, Jenkins, Python, Perl, Go, and Bash Scripting technologies on Windows and Red Hat Linux Environments. Automate test data migration using ETL tools such as Pentaho or DataStage. Mentor/coach others on automated seamless deployments and Dev/Ops best practices. Facilitate Technical Design discussions with technical SMEs and team leaders. Lead the resolution of technical issues by working across technical teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Work with Product owners to analyze, architect, and develop dashboards which track KPIs using Splunk, Cognos and Kibana. Lead efforts to document technical solution knowledge. Perform component level work estimation and oversee project plan development. Prepare Change Management assessment for technical solution owner and product owners. Conduct Change Management reviews with appropriate participants. Provide technical industry and domain research or expertise as applicable to solution. Utilize software development and technical expertise to mentor and guide onsite and offshore development teams. Support production users and work as a single point of contact for production issues.

SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 7 years of experience developing applications utilizing HTML, Javascript, jQuery, AJAX, SQL Queries, and Stored Procedures. Also requires 7 years of experience utilizing relational databases. Requires 5 years of experience: leading technical design sessions; supporting customer facing applications; and in software testing and automation. Also requires 4 years of experience: reviewing application design and ensuring conformance to company specific enterprise architecture; interacting and coordinating with vendors; with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) Setup and Configuration; with source control and change control practices including a propensity to adhere to the established standards; and with synchronous web services and asynchronous messaging such as MQ. Requires 2 years of experience: with build automation and deployment tools TFS, Subversion (SVN), Jenkins, or MS Build; developing web applications deployed in complex, multi-tiered environments; and with web service automation and virtualization like LISA or SOAPUI. Also requires 1 year of experience: scripting with either Python, Pearl, or Ruby; with Oracle Performance Tuning; and with the web technology stack. Requires experience with: Tomcat Performance Tuning; CDN tools such as Akami; and reporting and monitoring tool like Splunk.
