**This role can be remote based**

As a Program Value Outcomes - Senior Advisor, you will focus on delivering superior operational, project management, reporting, metric tracking, and solutions for our business. In this role you will be responsible for working on and leading strategic and tactical projects in support of the overall Novologix business. Your role will be to lead various Account Management and Sales initiatives with the focus on enhancing the service and implementing process improvements on items we provide to our clients and provide oversight, guidance and support for the Sales/Account Management team. You will also identify and implement departmental methodologies to ensure our team success. You will accomplish this by:

- Building relationships with key internal partners through a consultative approach to fully understand client and business needs

- Fostering teamwork and a supportive departmental culture with an emphasis on ensuring exceptional client service

- Developing and implementing effective business process improvements

- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)

- Ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships to enhance customer service in order to achieve business objectives

-Effective presentation skills

-Excellent listening and probing skills

- Strong time management and organizational skills that exhibit a continuous effort to support individual and team objectives

- Strong project management skills and ability to manage resource planning tied to staff and client assignments

- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects with previous project management experience including client event management

- Demonstrate advanced problem-solving and analytical skills; with the ability to solve problems independently and within the scope of the job

- Proven ability to manage through negotiations, issues, challenges and gain resolution with impacted internal partners, clients, cvs, etc.

- Ability to drive solutions that balance both client expectations, Novologix/CVSHealth objectives

- Ability to deliver results, strong customer focus, and proven leadership abilities

- Demonstrate advanced problem-solving and analytical skills; with the ability to solve problems independently and within the scope of the job

Your success will be driven by overall client satisfaction in leading efforts. Your skills managing oversight of processes, proven ability to navigate effectively and hold others accountable to delivering on client commitments as well as managing client expectations or changes to committed deliverables will contribute to your success. You will operate in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines so ability to operate autonomously and make key decisions is imperative. The contributions you will make will position Novologix/CVS Health as a leader in client satisfaction and service in the healthcare marketplace.

Required Qualifications
* 8+ years of work experience with 5+ years of Project Management experience focused on meeting client goals and expectations.
* At least 2 years of project management experience specifically leading internal groups in support of large deliverables that impact the overall business
* Minimal Travel may be required

Preferred Qualifications
* Ability to identify solutions to improve client delivery, operational efficiency, and lead implementation of items is preferred
* Proven collaborative and leadership skills across departments with experience in leading a range of projects
* Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment with high demand, little to no guidance on complex issues
* Demonstrated ability to present effectively is required

Education
* Bachelor's Degree is required
