Multi-Dose Packaging is a service that simplifies patients’ daily routines by consolidating maintenance medications into pre-sorted pouches - thereby making it easier for them to remain adherent!

As a Staff Pharmacist in Multi-Dose Packaging, you have a critical role at the forefront of delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and demonstrating genuine, authentic care for our patients. In addition to supporting the Pharmacist in Charge in leading and directing your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, you are accountable for supporting the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy. This includes, but is not limited to:
* Patient Safety
* Pharmacy Professional Practice
* Regulatory Requirements
* Quality Assurance
* Workflow Management
* Customer Service
* Personnel Management
* Inventory Management
* Financial Profitability
* Loss Prevention

Additionally, pharmacists at CVS Health demonstrate the ability to:

* Motivate, inspire and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments that maximize colleagues’ strengths, address development opportunities and decrease knowledge gaps

* Successfully implement those solutions by leading your team to achieve specified goals

Required Qualifications
Active Indiana pharmacy license that is in good standing
* Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
* Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience managing pharmacy workflow

Education
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
