As one of our Command Center Coordinators, you will intercept and take case ownership of roadside service events where you will advocate for customers, making sure their needs are met, and ensure the most efficient delivery of services such as towing, lockouts, tire changes and fuel delivery and more. Accordingly, you will use innovative technology and your problem-solving skills to analyze and identify possible obstacles to achieving a successful service event outcome and see the service through to the end. Partnering with our service providers with a shared goal of a great customer service experience will be the key to your success.

EDUCATION: High School diploma or GED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: 2-3 years related experience. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, and provide concise responses to questions. Very organized and detail oriented able to follow through with tasks to their completion. Flexible and able to learn quickly in a dynamic environment WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to an audience of individuals from all levels within the organization. Must be able to work with both business users, internal departments and clients.
