Our Off-Premise Team is growing! We are looking for a sales leader for a brand new role, focusing on creating and executing sales initiatives for our off-premise channels.


  • You will be responsible for creating and planning sales initiatives for off-premise channels to drive growth, sometimes up to 16 months in advance
  • You will drive the process of testing of new off-premise products and services for multiple sales channels
  • You will work with cross-functionally with our culinary, marketing, and digital teams to create strategies, campaigns, and plans to drive sales growth
  • Your playbook will have strategies and executable plans for the following channels:
    • Individual To-Go Pick-up and Delivery
    • Third Party Delivery
    • Catering
    • Catering Sales Managers
    • Special Occasion Business for Key Holidays and Events
    • Messages to our Dine-In and Retail Guests


  • Bachelor's degree in sales, product development strategy, marketing, or related preferred
  • 7-9 years of sales and/or marketing strategy development preferred
  • Restaurant/hospitality industry experience preferred
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Travel up to 25% of the time is required
  • Normal office working conditions where sitting for long periods of time may be required
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Strong Problem Solving and analytical ability
  • Decision making and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of the project management process
