Job: Residential Treatment Unit Manager

We are seeking an experienced person to manage a adolescent male residential facility. Unit manager will supervise 8-11 staff members and handle light casemanagment duties for 8-10 residents. Looking for a person who shows extreme confidence, natural characteristics in their ability to initiate leadership and helping others. This person must be computer literate, and time flexible.

Most have at least 2 yrs exp in field of social work or residential treatment setting for youth. High school dipolma is acceptable but college degree preferred. Must be organized and able to communicate well with others.
