Job: Hair Stylist - Ecotage Salon: Hickory Hollow

Ecotage Salon and Spa, the place to relax and reconnect, is now looking for Hair Stylists to join our winning team. Work in a state of the art salon and spa offering exceptional services with a commitment to extraordinary client care and a professionally educated team. Our Hair Stylists play an integral part in ensuring an exceptional salon/spa experience.


Key Accountabilities:

Greet clients and begin the process of an outstanding Ecotage experience through individual consultation
Provide professional hair services including but not limited to cutting, styling, permanent waves, chemical relaxing and coloring techniques on all hair textures
Maintain a smooth flow of services for clients booked with multiple technicians
Suggest and prescribe retail products to clients
Track and achieve service and retail sales goals
Consistently build salon/spa clientele by promoting the business both internally and externally
Organize and maintain hair styling areas including client changing rooms, dispensary, shampoo area, and individual styling station
Assist in completion of salon/spa laundry including towels and client smocks
Meet all State Board regulations for cleanliness and sanitation

Skills Summary:

Demonstrated knowledge of comprehensive professional hair techniques
Proof of all required licensing by the state
Desire to learn new techniques and current trends
Enthusiastic, friendly, positive energy
Possesses a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service, including both internal and external customers
Detail oriented, with strong organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Flexible to the needs of the business and clientele
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to develop creative solutions to building salon/spa clientele
Ability to follow all company guidelines, including attendance and required dress standards
