Job: Esthetician - Ecotage Salon: Hickory Hollow

Overview:



Ecotage Salon and Spa, the place to relax and reconnect, is now looking for Estheticians to join our winning team. Work in a state of the art salon and spa offering exceptional services with a commitment to extraordinary client care and a professionally educated team. Our Estheticians play an integral part in ensuring an exceptional salon/spa experience.



Key Accountabilities:

Greet clients and begin the process of an outstanding Ecotage experience through individual consultation
Provide professional esthetic services, including but not limited to facials, body waxing, body scrubs, hydrotherapy and Vichy shower
Provide Ecotage extra services including foot soaks, chilled water with lemon, and refreshments
Maintain a smooth flow of services for clients booked with multiple technicians
Suggest and prescribe retail products to clients
Track and achieve service and retail sales goals
Consistently build salon/spa clientele by promoting the business both internally and externally
Maintain spa reception area and all individual treatment rooms, including cleanliness and organization
Assist in completion of salon/spa laundry including towels and client smocks
Assist with monthly supply inventories
Meet all State Board regulations for cleanliness and sanitation

Skills Summary:


Demonstrated knowledge of skincare and comprehensive esthetic techniques
Proof of all required licensing by the state
Desire to learn new techniques and current trends
Enthusiastic, friendly, positive energy
Possesses a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service, including both internal and external customers
Detail oriented, with strong organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Flexible to the needs of the business and clientele
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to develop creative solutions to building salon/spa clientele
Ability to follow all company guidelines, including attendance and required dress standards
Previous salon/spa experience preferred
