Job: Financial Service Representative

Provides prompt, efficient and friendly services to customers, involving receipt and payment of cash. Follows the established policies and procedures of this area, in accordance with the Bank and the supervisor's direction. Effectively communicate to the customer an understanding of products and services offered by the Bank. Use successful selling techniques to expand the customer base.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or its equivalent. Preferably post high school education, six months cash handling experience or previous banking experience. Must possess basic math proficiency and aptitude. Ability to operate and understand computer systems as necessary to perform duties. Must be able to work occasional Saturdays (9:00 am - 3:00 pm) and rotate to the other locations. Staff must exercise accuracy, alertness, good judgment, courtesy, and patience at all times. Effectively communicate to the customer an understanding of products and services offered by the Bank.
