GROUP EFFORT FOUNDATION, INC has capacity to provide Continuum services to adolescent males within locations identified in a complete outline of capacity and location for residential and foster home services).

GROUP EFFORT FOUNDATION, INC agrees to provide services within the regional 75 mile radius of need pertaining to service delivery. In the event of transportation is needed the agency has a radius of 90 miles instead of the state required 60. This extension is to ensure the needs of the child are met. Agency stipulates that family involvement is a necessity for an overall success for service delivery and flexibility of meeting locations will be a primary focus to ensure involvement from all involved adults.
