Achieving Success in Turbulent Times: Principles for Taking Your Career to the Next Level presented by Kevin McNulty, Founder and Chief Motivating Officer, Humadyn-Center for Human Relations, Growth & Achievement

It is difficult to motivate and engage employees in this current economy. As uncertainty continues and individual anxiety increases, job security becomes a big issue with employees. Kevin will educate our chapter on how to apply principles of HR to stimulate the growth and morale of employees during these uncertain economic times. He will focus on what HR can do in this current crisis and how to be prepared for uncertain times in the future.
Kevin will show both professionals and students how to utilize tools, techniques, and strategies to improve morale and productivity in the workplace. Professionals will also be educated on how to convey these success principles and vision to other teammates throughout organizations. Also, information will be presented about helping employees put together a professional action plan.
Overall, this presentation seeks to show HR professionals how to stimulate growth and development even in these difficult times.
